You agree to comply with the copyright laws of the United States with respect to any of the works dsiplayed or made available on this site.

Limited Warranty - Repair or Replacement - All CD products sold or made available for sale on this website are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days following shipment to you. If you discover a defect in material or workmanship within that time, return the product to us within the thirty day warranty period for repair or replacement. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only of the product purchased.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SALE. 3. Applicable Law - All transactions made on or through this website, and any dispute or controversy arising therefrom shall be governed by Ohio law.
4. Arbitration - In the event of a dispute arising under any transaction made on or through this website or arising as a result of with respect to the use of this website, you agree that such dispute shall be sumbitted to binding arbitration in Delware County, Ohio. Arbitration may be initiated by either party by submitting a written demand therefore by regular mail. Written demand for arbitration may be provided to Andrews Arts LLC c/o Ulmer & Berne LLC, 88 E. Broad St., Ste. 1600, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Upon receipt of such written demand, the responding party will cooperate in the selection of an impartial arbitrator. The cost of such arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties. The arbitrator will conduct the arbitration according to the procedural and evidentiary rules of the American Arbitration Association for commercial arbitration. The findings and award of the arbitrator, if any, shall be binding upon the parties and may be filed as a judgment of record in a court of competent jurisdiction.
